Venezia

You cannot go to Italy and not visit Venice, the scenery is just breath-taking over there. I’ve been to Venice once before and after watching the movie “Tourist” starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp. And I can’t help to put Venice as one of the must visit destination when I’m in Italy. I’ve been to this gorgeous city twice and the city has never fail to impress me.
This is the view from one of the biggest bridge in Venice early in the morning.
I chose this “All Black Outfit” for the day because it’s quite windy in Venice and I just love how the dress flows when the wind blows. But now as I thought more about it, I should have gone with something more colourful. All and all I love Venice no matter what.
Most of my outfits are from Forever21 and so are these, hope you guys like it 🙂

As I walked around the city, there are so many stores selling the famous ‘Murano Glass’, which comes in many many different shapes, but I love this one the most, probably because it was blown into a “heart-shaped ballon”.  I wished I could buy this but it was too big, but I bought other smaller pieces made from Murano glass, simply because you cannot just buy them, they’re just so unique and beautiful.
Another thing to do in Venice is definitely taking the Gondola ride, and we were lucky enough to get the nicest gondolier (the person who ride the gondola or control the movement of the gondola?! – I don’t know if it makes sense cause I’ve never known this word till today 😀 ). Anyway, the gondolier gave us such detailed information about the city – on how it’s formed by more than hundred islands and connected by almost 400 bridges. *shocking* ( I knew the city is formed by islands but had no idea how many and the number of bridges?? …)
Enjoying the Gondola ride through the small canals 🙂
We ended our lovely day by chilling on the top the Hilton hotel, which gives the best view of Venice. It was unlucky that the sky wasn’t clear that day so I couldn’t snap a photo of the sunset. But I will definitely go back to Venice again so I’m not worrying too much.

That’s all for Venice.
Hope you guys enjoyed the post! xx
