Los Angeles

Los Angeles

Hello there,

The next city that I visited in the US was Los Angeles, I was very excited to see the city that many celebrities live in. From seeing the city in 90210 to watching many many Hollywood movie that was shot in LA, I was excited to see and feel the vibe of the city. But to be honest, LA would not be the city that I would choose to live in, first of all, my body did not agreed with LA weather. I felt ill immediately when I landed in LA because it was so hot in day time but slightly colder in the night time. The air in LA was not good for me either as I started to lose my voice the second day when I spent the whole day outdoor at Universal Studios. On the positive note though, I got to meet Minions at Universal, which was awesome!!! They’re my absolute obsession. I also love me some Korean LA Kalbi so I got myself some of that too. For the rest of the time I had in LA, I was able to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica and Madame Tussauds, which was such a weird experience and I would never go back. All the wax figures look so real that they were kinda freaking me out, I didn’t even take any picture with the wax figures, with the exception of the Iron Man suit because well, it is awesome! I also got a chance to visit Korean town because my friend brought me there for some flavoured soju, which was so good!! I also tried a lot of American food, the onion loaf especially was like nothing I have seen before, it was huge. But the one I love most was the blueberry buttermilk pancake at the hotel I was staying at. I had it almost every morning I was there, I also add a little bacon to the dish. Oh, and I also tried cupcake ATM, it was very unique, I felt like I can find anything in America. 🙂

Hope you enjoy this post!
