Living in England, you can’t help but go enjoy some high or afternoon tea once in awhile. I had a chance to try out afternoon tea at Claridge’s in January. And so this time, wanting to take a break from revision, I decided to visit the Ritz. Being the world’s greatest hotel, I was excited to experience the afternoon tea there, the sandwiches and the cake was great. But the best of all was the scones, they were warm and soft, they’re just simply mind-blowing.
However, I did not enjoy the experience as much as I did at Claridge’s, the staff were more friendly there and Claridge’s just has the atmosphere that I love more than the Ritz. It is just that feeling that you have in certain environment.
